Our Prices and Fees
Of course, our services come with a cost! Sometimes, there are extra fees we can’t control, like PayPal, transfer, and exchange rate fees. For money transfers, we use the current exchange rates, usually from the ECB. To get a rough idea of the price, you can check the current exchange rate on Google: xxxxx IDR to EUR.
Breaking Down the Fees That Make Up the Total Price
Let’s clarify this with a specific example.
The price for the Seiko SNZD65 / SNZD65K1 on Tokopedia is 1,890,000 IDR.
Shipping costs vary based on the seller’s location and the weight of the package, typically ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 IDR. For the Seiko watch, it’s 20,000 IDR.
Subtotal: 1,910,000 IDR.
Next, we add a 1.5% credit card fee: 28,650 IDR.
So, the total purchase price for the Seiko SNZD65 comes to 1,938,650 IDR, which equals about 125.27 € as of today, 05.06.2022.
Now, let’s add the express shipping costs of 464,740 IDR. Due to the current situation, only express shipping is available because there are very few passenger flights. The delivery time is 5-10 business days!
Next up is the service fee, which is 20% of the purchase price plus shipping costs. For this watch, that comes to 482,537 IDR.
Subtotal: 2,895,222 IDR, which is currently about 187.08 €.
If you’re transferring Euros to an EU account using IBAN/BIC, there’s a fee of 3.57%. So, the total would be around 193.76 €!
For payments via PayPal, expect about 10.82% in fees, which include PayPal fees plus two exchange rate fees: 1. from Euro to USD and 2. from USD to IDR. But don’t forget, PayPal gives you 100% buyer protection! The final price would then be 207.32 €.

- Secure packaging and handing over to the post
Keep in mind that there’s no exemption for import tax or customs fees at the moment! You should plan for about 19% (VAT) in customs fees!

- Simple payment transfer to an Indonesian bank account:
10% + PayPal or bank fees (takes about 1-3 business days) - Purchasing and shipping an item:
20% of the total costs (item price + shipping fees) [up to 50 € service fee, then per additional 10 € = 50 € + 1 €) + PayPal or payment service provider fees!
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates in Indonesia depend on the method you choose, the package size, and weight. We can ship globally via express (5-10 business days), as a parcel (2-4 weeks), or by sea shipping (1-2 months). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, shipping prices are updated daily as offers. A 20% service fee and PayPal or bank fees are also added to the shipping costs!
