I have been living in Indonesia since 2008 and have been organizing purchasing and shipping since 2010 – from small packages to container loads. Goods have already gone to more than 50 countries. Today I support customers professionally with purchasing, payment, checking and shipping.

The examples show how different the tasks can be: from paying and procuring individual products to on-site inspection and the appropriate shipping method.
The first order: two coloring books
The customer found two adult coloring books, but was unable to use the payment method offered and did not receive a favorable shipping offer. I took over the purchase and organized inexpensive postal shipping.
Paragliding offer recognized as plagiarism
An online shop in Jakarta offered what was supposed to be an original paraglider from a well-known US company for well below the recommended retail price. An on-site visit and a video conference with the customer revealed that it was a counterfeit product made in China. This way the customer was able to avoid a bad purchase.
Rare watch for a collector
A watch collector could not agree on payment and shipping methods with the seller. I bought the watch on his behalf and sent it by mail. Compared to the credit card and express solution offered, the customer saved almost 50 euros.
Contact a medical technology dealer
On behalf of a doctor’s practice, personal contact should be made with a dealer for used medical equipment. After making contact, the customer conducted the further negotiations himself.
Tank for a historic motorcycle
A customer found a tank for his 1950s motorcycle at an Indonesian dealer. The purchase and shipping of the difficult-to-obtain spare part were handled by me.
Motocross helmet with a special design
A buyer was interested in a motocross helmet with a special design. I took over the purchase in Indonesia and organized shipping.
Five kilograms of coffee from Lombok
A customer was looking for coffee 555, which she discovered during her vacation in Lombok. Since no provider wanted to ship the five kilograms cost-effectively, I took over the purchasing and shipping.
Ten kilograms of vanilla beans
The seller wanted to send the goods exclusively via express, which was too expensive for the customer. I therefore took over the shipping of the ten kilograms of vanilla beans by sea freight.

Automatic potato peeler
The request was to purchase and ship a product that was no longer available in Europe. The original entry documented the order and the wait for goods to arrive; a later outcome is not recorded.

An inquiry was made to a sea freight company for vehicle parts approximately 1.2 meters long due to their oversize. Whether and how the shipping was completed is not documented in the available information.
