You can choose between simple and intensive research. When we do simple research, we see if we can get the item in Indonesia. If you choose to conduct intensive research, we will contact the potential seller and inquire about their inventory. At the same time, we sense the possibility of a discount from the seller!

You can see the costs incurred for the research in our current Price list see. Of course, the fee is only due once you agree to complete the purchase!

If you can name the seller yourself, these fees will of course not apply. Unless we should enter into a price negotiation.

Shipping costs:

The shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen, the size (L x W x H) and the weight. The current exchange rate also influences the price of shipping costs. You will receive the current shipping costs in an offer that we will send you before the contract is concluded.

It may happen that we state the shipping costs with reservations. This can happen if, for example, the size or weight of the package cannot be precisely defined in advance. The shipping costs will then be adjusted subsequently.

Delivery times:

We offer 3 different shipping methods:

  • Express shipping delivery time 5 – 10 working days (very expensive)
  • Postal parcel delivery time 2-4 weeks (standard shipping)
  • Sea freight delivery time 1-2 months (cheapest shipping method)

What other prices are there?

We charge you 20% of the final price (item price + shipping costs) as a service fee! There are also PayPal fees of 4.5% + €0.35 per payment plus 3.68% PayPal currency exchange.

Of course, you will receive a free offer and only when you agree to this offer will we invoice you via PayPal. The invoice must be paid within three days. During this period we give you a price guarantee, even if the exchange rate changes to your disadvantage.

Why you should never order directly from an Indonesian online shop

You actually have to advise against ordering directly from an Indonesian online shop! Fake shops are widespread and usually do not offer buyer protection! You often read that customers in Europe bought a cell phone cheaply in Indonesia and ended up with an empty or completely defective device! If a seller does offer items for shipping abroad, there is usually no buyer protection payment system, such as PayPal. This in turn also deters the buyer because he has to worry about losing his money. It is said that when the item arrives, the quality is either not right or a different product was delivered.
