Nothing is annoying if the quality of the delivered goods is not right. You are welcome to commission us to take over quality management on site. We then check either randomly or all products for functionality and quality! No matter whether it is lamps, pieces of furniture, kitchen appliances, art objects or machines.
Items that pass through our warehouse are checked visually. A functional check only takes place after you have commissioned it.

As a rule, it is difficult to subsequently assert warranty claims in Indonesia. It is therefore advisable to check the quality of the products on site before shipping and to request improvements immediately.
